Already a stockist? Go ahead and place your order using the wholesale discount code provided when you opened your account. If you need the code resent, please feel free to contact us to have the code reissued.
Terms & Other Info
ORDER MINIMUMS: Opening order minimum is $250. Reorder minimum is $150. To view products in person (local to Boise, ID) please contact us or our brand representative Michelle Winn (email@example.com). We're happy to schedule a time for you to see our collection either at our Garden City (Idaho) studio or at your place of business.
PAYMENT: All web orders are cash-on- demand. Net 30 terms are by approval only, can be requested after your 4th order, and require an EIN. All first time orders require a credit card or check at time of order and will be charged/deposited when shipped.
LEAD-TIME/HANDLING: Orders are typically shipped out within 2 to 3 weeks of the date the order was placed. Please note that lead time increases if ordered during the holiday season. If needed sooner, please message us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If needed at a later date, please specify your preferred in-store date on our order form.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and will incur an additional fee of $8. You are welcome to delay the shipment of your order if you’d like to postpone the processing of your credit card. If ordering online, please select the priority shipping option at checkout. If you are local to Boise, ID you are welcome to forgo the shipping fee by selecting the "local pick-up" option at check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup as well as special instructions as to how to retrieve your order from our lockbox.
PACKAGING: All orders will be accompanied by a wholesale/suggested retail pricing sheet as well as a copy of your receipt (order form). Each piece will come in a small ziplock bag and be numbered to correspond with the items on your receipt. Please specify on the order form whether or not you would like your pieces to be accompanied by a Fluff Hardware branded tag. Earrings can come on a 2x2 card with either a hole-punch sized hole at the top, no hole, or with self adhesive earring card adapters. Necklaces can come with a small 1"x5/8" folding tag. If this section of the order form is left blank, none of your items will come with Fluff branded tags.
SPECIAL REQUESTS/CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom and best selling packages available. Just shoot us an email with the quantity of earrings/necklaces you would like, your budget, as well as any special requests (e.g. dainty/delicate pieces, statements pieces, all gold, etc.) and we'll either invoice you or make you a reserved listing for you to pay. Have a customer with a special order? We know that sometimes you just need one or two pieces for customer requests. If you need to place an order below our minimum reorder amount, there may be a 20% special order fee added to the invoice – please contact us for details.
CANCELATIONS: No cancelations. If there is a problem with your order please contact us. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt and a return authorization will be required.

LINE SHEET CODING: The symbols on the back of the branded jewelry cards and next to the price on our line sheets correspond with item prices. For example, an item that has a Δ on it means that items price is $13.50. It helps us and often you, stay organized.
