DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We are excited to offer FREE USPS first class shipping (typically 1-5 days) with tracking on all domestic orders over $22. Apply promo code FREESHIP AFTER YOU HAVE SELECTED THE FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING OPTION during checkout. **Note, you will still be able to use a second discount code (if you have one.) To upgrade to USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days) for $7.50 please choose the appropriate option at checkout.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP: We are also now offering free local pick-up at your convenience from our studio lockbox in Garden City Idaho. This is a great way to get your items in hand without having to wait for shipping! Our studio is located at 208 E. 37th St. Suite 4, Garden City ID 83714. You will be emailed instructions and the lockbox code once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes! We ship internationally! We are currently set up for flat rate shipping with tracking for $14 to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, & France. If you do not see your country listed above, please don't hesitate to contact us with your address and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote.

HANDLING: Each item is handmade and made to order, so please allow for 2-5 business days handling time. We are usually able to get orders out sooner than 5 business days, but if you need your item as soon as possible, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can try to put a rush on the order when possible and/or offer an expedited shipping option.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Fluff accepts returns and exchanges of unused/unworn items within 30 days of purchase with receipt and attached tag. If the item/s you are purchasing are a gift, please let your receiver know. Return shipping will not be refunded. If you are local to Boise, you're welcome to contact us and request the lockbox code to drop your item/s off (with receipt and attached tag) to our studio lockbox. Refunds will be processed electronically.

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS: Did you lose an earring, or part of an earring? Or did you love them so much they broke? Please don't hesitate to contact us! We greatly appreciate customers who reach out to get their item repaired or replaced as it shows us they have an appreciation for our work.
